Great faucet, especially for the price
I bought the Gimli Faucet after watching a YouTube installation video from a smaller creator who mentioned using several of these faucets in different kitchens and praised their durability. For under $40, it looked beautiful, practical, and came with a clear installation guide, so I decided to give it a try. I expected installation to take 15 to 20 minutes, but my old faucet had rusted underneath the sink and fused to the basin. I ended up calling a handyman with more specialized tools. He used grinders and oscillating multitools to remove the old faucet, but once that was out, installing the Gimli took only about 5 to 10 minutes. He was impressed with how straightforward the new faucet was to install. After living with it for a few weeks, I am still very happy with it. The pull-down sprayer makes washing large pots much easier. No more trying to awkwardly fit them under a fixed faucet. It gives you more freedom of movement while cleaning and has genuinely been a game changer in my kitchen. For the price, the quality feels excellent, and I think this faucet deserves the praise it gets. The manual recommends wiping it dry after cleaning to avoid staining. A quick pass with a kitchen towel is all it takes. Keep it clean, and it looks great. If you need the base! it is not included!
