I can take small amounts of lactose but can't drink a whole glass of milk without getting sick. So, these drops are a cheap way to ingest milk without buying the expensive lactose-free milk. I use about 12-14 drops for a 2 litre container of regular milk. It takes about 48 hours to activate.

Highly recommended and much more accurate and specific with regard to Lactose Control. Far superior to taking tablets, and much more convenient than other methods. Should be available in significantly larger sizes is my only complaint.
