Q: Will there be a refund in case of burst air beam? Too many reviewers have mentioned it and I’d like to know if there’s a guarantee please

I had the foresight of setting my tent up on a trial run in the garden. Come morning 2 of the beams had leaked all the air out! Amazon were brilliant and replaced the tent with no quibble and arranged collection of old I never paid for any postage!!

Hello , Thank you for your message , the tent we are selling IBEX Camping - is the 2018 Model with the extended porch way , if you would like any more information please don't hesitate to get in touch with the team.

Q: Is there a carpet available for the living area? And Does it come with a footprint?

No footprints. Berghaus do one for a similar tent, remember to buy one about 10cm smaller than each edge or fold under, this is to stop water landing on the tent and draining between the groundsheet and tent base.

Q: Can we return this item if it is not suitable? What are the charges for shipping and return in this scenario?

I returned mine, but it had a major leak, owing to a manufacturing fault. It’s about 30kg, so even if Prime includes return, I’d seriously consider finding one at a camp store, frustratingly I couldn’t find Coleman air tents on display in mine, however they are very similar to the other air tents on show and non air Coleman which I did find in the regular stores.
