Curcumin Phytosome 500 mg, 120 Capsules | Sustained Release, Clinically Studied, High Absorption

I have recently started taking Thorne Curcumin Phytosome and have been very pleased with it. I chose this one because Thorne is a brand I trust and I liked the fact that the curcumin is in a form designed to be better absorbed. The capsules are easy to take and I haven’t had any stomach upset or other problems with them. Obviously supplements can take time and everyone responds differently, but I do feel it has been a worthwhile addition to my daily routine, particularly as I’m interested in supporting general health and wellbeing as I get older. It isn’t the cheapest curcumin supplement available, but the quality and formulation has made it good value for me. I am very pleased with this.

I have ordered this product on the recommendation of my best friend. I couldn’t take Nurofen because absent my stomach and I have been taking this instead for my neck and back pain. I am impressed i much improved and I am almost pain free and able to return to work 5 star ⭐️

I have debilitating rheumatoid disease and I'm trying to deal with it naturally before resorting to chemotherapy type meds. I bought this supplement 3 weeks ago and while I can't say it was just this supplement that made the difference (I have upp'd my vitamin D, C, E, Omega 3s along with drinking Kefir milk), my symptoms have really come under control and my corticosteroid use is very low now without the associated increase in pain and stiffness symptoms. Remission? Too early to say, but I do think this supplement is great due to its quality and true amount of Curcumin. It is very expensive and maybe for those without inflammatory disease it is unnecessary, but for those of us unlucky enough to have this affliction I think of you can afford it, it's worth it. Just.

This is a good product but unfortunately it upset my tummy. But I would recommend them for the quality.

Useful daily supplement to help reduce muscular and joint aches and pains. As a woman in her 60's - I feel the difference if I stop taking for a week or two.

Purchased after my usual Curcumin was out of stock. These are good, but very expensive.

Definitely has a healing value to reduce swelling and pain, without nasty side effects.
