I have to say I am really impressed with this product. I had a Wave By Design perm put in my hair and my hair thinned out and left bald spots. After the first week I noticed my hair seemed a little bit thicker than normal. It has been two weeks not and my bald spots are filling out and my hair is thickening up!! I was really surprised at that. I didn't expect for it to work that quickly, bonus is my nails are growing nicely! The product tastes great also and you know what I have been having great night sleep with it also! Sometimes I will take it a hour or two before I go to bed other times I will just take it during the day.. regardless I have been have deep night sleep waking up refreshed. I love the product

First, I have to say I love Qhemet Biologics hair products for my natural 4B hair...But I found the Biotin MSM does not dissolve well & is extremely gritty. I tried it warm, cold & even used a submersion blender but for me the consistency felt like I had ground rock salt in my mouth. The ingredients list gets an A+ but the consistency gets an F. Sorry Qhemet
