Feels pretty good settling into these nodes, As you go deeper into recline your back pulls further away from the nodes so what I do is just go into a horizontal position for a bit before fully reclining so i get the nice pressure from the nodes. Works really well.

I received the blue ones.. they are harder than I expected them to be but they get the job done.

They break easily so unless you get a good deal for it, do no spend your money. You do feel the pressure against your back and neck but the quality is poor.

I gave these to my husband who is still adjusting to the machine and all the accessories. He says he can tell that his back is better.

Tried the teeter... not happy with it at all!!!

I use my inversion table every day. I was in a serious accident in 2012 and have several herniated discs in my neck, mid back and low back. The additions to the table offer even more help for my back. I would recommend the table and the laccupressure nodes to anyone!

These do very little for me. Also, one of the red ones actually broke, the end twisted off. Not worth the money.

The teeter is great....the accessories work magic
