I used this to mount a yoga silk to my ceiling. There's no welds that can fail with this simple design. We've had 500 pounds hanging from it and it seems very sturdy.

This was easy to install. So much better than trying to get 4 screws into one stud. It has taken a beating from an active 8 year old and lasted superbly. We even hung as grown adults with no wavering in its strength. Definitely recommend!

I really like this product because it is useful for far more things than just hanging a hammock. Based on this flexibility, durability, sturdiness and heavy duty design, I give it an excellent recommendation. The only thing I would suggest is creating multi/bulk packs.
