I have only used this once for five minutes, at least until I get accustom to it. The box comes with no directions, but the Amazon page has instructions. There are four color switches labeled, and the yellow button can be pressed multiple times for the last three colors (4+3=7), which I learned from the Amazon page. I will update after a few weeks to see the effects it may have on my skin. It doesn’t fold, as advertised, but it can be taken apart if necessary, and the reassembled.
