Chef Aid Double Sided Wooden Nail Brush

Well this brush didn't last a week. I've used it precisely twice and picking it up this evening I noted that it has started to split at both ends of the brush, with what appears to be more cracks developing along the bristle lines. Not impressive at all. While I can still use it, I wish I'd gone for a plastic brush as that would not start disintegrating after a week. A rather shoddy piece of work, as the photographs will hopefully show.

I like the look of the basic wooden design and it matches one I already had at the other sink. But after only three or four uses as this one is drying out, what at first just looked like a pronounced wood grain is actually a split that has already reached a third of the length of the brush from top to bottom and is open 2 or 3mm already. I can't see it lasting long. Ironically, I have a similar looking item from Tesco IIRC that cost a third of the price that is still good after 6 months. Unfortunately, they don't seem to sell it any more.

I love these wooden nail brushes as they last so much longer than the plastic ones you can buy. They are just so well made

Great little scrubbing brush. Great for getting nails and hands clean after working in the garden.

Hard bristled Brilliant

The wooden part of this brush started to split as soon as it was used. It is still in one piece after a month or two so not a 1 star review, and it was cheap so not a disaster. Not recommended though.
