Hydor Flo HO1400 Rotating Water Deflector

Does what it says but really needs to be on a powerful filter to be at its best.

I was concerned that it wouldn't rotate based on the review of others. I am using this in a Aqua one nano 55l tank with the standard pump (ie not particularly large or powerful and it has no problem rotating. It works a lot better than a standard spray bar that only pushes water in one direction. This spins around so that the water is pumped around the aquarium, improving water circulation. Perhaps other reviewers were having problems as their tanks were too large, but for small to medium tanks this is working very well (so far).

Good product but a strong flow needed even in a 120L tank with a 600L/PH pump it's a slow flow

After a few months the cable must have come loose somewhere near the fans, and that pretty much gave my fish and myself a goood zapping.

Hmm, not impressed. Requires a fair bit of back pressure to make it rotate. This results in a substantial drop in flow rate.
