When your stock Dualsense Edge backplate is cracked, this replacement is beautiful to eyes and simple to install. Had mine installed for a good couple of months (February this year) until it started showing cracks. Had to replace it again.

So like most who are looking to replace the grips I found this brand. Unfortunately my controller was starting to bubble and the grips became discolored.I wasn't ready to do a full shell replacement yet so I went with this set. I followed the video instructions included but even using the tool I couldn't separate the parts. I had to pry it open a little first with a sharp metal tool and then use the plastic one provided.And be careful taking off the section with spring. Even though I was careful, I'm a female and my nails made it hard to grip the spring and it fell. I did find it but it was a close call. Maybe providing a spring too would be helpful in case you actually lose the original.After installation though it looks great. The edges are a little sharp now but I'm not worried about the rubber coming off anymore. Maybe they'll come up with a comfort grip later. But overall I'm happy with this and will purchase from this company again in the future.

I love my dualsense edge but the grips started to come apart after a year and I didn’t want to have to buy another. Thankfully this shell swap was exactly what I needed. The color looks great , it was pretty simple to replace and now I can enjoy using my controller again without feeling the grips come apart. Only thing I wish was that it had some type of texture to it instead of being smooth for gripping but for the price I can’t complain.

From the moment i got the dual sense edge, i vowed to take good care of it by washing my hands everytime before using. However, no matter what I did, it was not enough to prevent white rubber from eventually turning yellow due to the sweat from your hands when playing. So i had two options, either try to clean the controller and risk ruining it even more or replace it, which is when I found this. Installation was very simple, and my controller not only looks better but feels better too which i wasn’t expecting. I highly recommend getting this for your controller whether youve had it for while or just getting one now. Some final advice id give if your going to purchase this is to watch their installation tutorial on YouTube to learn how to do it properly, be careful not to hurt yourself, the controller or any pieces and lastly be careful with the separator tool because while trying to remove the back from my controller, the tip of the separator tool started to get damaged a little bit but once your done removing the back its no longer a problem.
