Much larger than expected.
Can't go wrong with Royal Albert Old English Country Roses and this large serving dish does not disappoint. It is very large and exceptionally beautiful. I bought it as a gift for someone special and she loved it. Thank you for this beauty!

Beautiful platter
Purchased as a gift. She was very pleased with the gift. It is a beautiful piece that we will be adding to in the future.It arrived in packaging that was clearly intended to protect. The platter was encased in bubble wrap, with a layer of packing noodles in the concave of the platter. This was inside the pink box, which was then bubble wrapped again and inside another box. I'm very happy with this as it arrived undamaged.Happy day!

Arrived late and broken!
Whatever happened to 2 day prime shipping? I ordered this on the 30th and it arrived on the 5th BROKEN. This was to be a birthday gift for my mother on the 3rd. The handle was snapped off into bits rattling inside the box, it was shattered in half. I’ve been an amazon prime customer since 2004 and this was the first time I’ve ordered fine china or Old Country Roses through amazon. I’ve never had an issue with any other online retailer that Royal Albert products arrived in such a state. My mother was greatly disappointed that it was late AND broken. I did not order from a 3rd party seller but directly from Amazon itself. You never want to her to say it’s pretty BUT maybe I can glue it back? No this has to go back and I hope I don’t have to pay return shipping for amazon’s double blunder. At least we did not have a live rat jump out at us, unlike that poor customer in her review.
