Gave these as end of year teacher gifts. We use the PackIt lunch boxes and a bigger tote for picnics or outings. So much better than worry about ice and they stay cold for a long time.

Great product. I was worried about the tote being too small from the dimensions mentioned in the description, but it's larger than expected. It keeps things cold!!!

I've always loved Pack It for my kids lunches, and this large size is great for packing cold items for those long games or long car rides.

Yes, it has freezable ice packs built in, but it melts quickly. They feel thin and it doesn’t seem to have any thermal barrier outside of the ice packs. Not even a thin layer of Mylar. I would not recommend or purchase again.

I’ve used this brand for years. They work great and are compact. I pack my kids milk and things for trips then stick in freezer when we get there for trip home.

Kept my items cold

Throughout the years I've purchased Several of the Packit bags for my husband's lunches. We'vepurchased all different Sizes. I was super impressed in the passed by how many hours it kept his lunch cold. He would come home from a long day at work and still have a cold drink in there in fact. But the smaller bags were just to amall so I started ordering him a bit bigger size. Both the last one and this one do not keep it cold for hours like our previous ones did like it Marketed to do. I'd say he gets maybe 3 hours of coldness out of it.That's disappointing. So I don't know if it's just a flaw in the bigger bags or what. Still like the technology but may be just getting him 2 smaller ones to take instead.

My husband forgot my original pack it grocery bag at a cottage when away on a fishing trip. I was so sad. It was as bright in colour and worked great. I could only find a black replacement so I bought this one. (I also have 2 pack it lunch bags). It keeps my food cold for shorter trips and I don’t need to worry about freezer packs. However, the frozen part is only at the bottom, so sometimes I do throw in an extra freezer pack on the top just for extra cold. Might be a pricier bag, but it looks a good and works well!
