Zefal Unisex's Christophe Leather Toe Straps,

These are remanufatured modern exact copies of Chrisophe bike-pedal toe-clip straps made by Zefal which is another v. good quality French manufacturer. Bought for some late-1950's Campagnolo touring pedals with original stainless-steel Cristophe toe clips from the 80's. I got brown because that is the most likely original colour & also for some reason much cheaper than the other colours available. The original straps suffered from rusty buckles but the new ones look better-made to be honest and the leather is a good thickness. I got a second pair to rivet onto a vintage tool-bag with a broken natural-leather strap; they do that job well too ! The Zefal shop display-card was damaged, but the straps are perfect, might be old stock, but not a problem.

A great replacement for some that were 35 years old

The product is good and I would of given it 5 stars as the writing on the strap is Silver but the picture advertised shows the writing in Black which I wanted so the photo is misleading

Very nice straps, fitted beautifully on my old Shimano 105s. Super comfy and held their shape well, very happy with my 2 days of riding. Then I left the bike out overnight. Seems like something in the neighbourhood is a big fan of fresh straps, and has chewed through. Top tip for the marketing team... Rub extra tasty grease into the straps to uplift sales from people who leave their bikes outside overnight...

A very high quality traditional cycle pedal strap. Zefal has done an excellent job of keeping the quality and timeless nature of these intact. An excellent replacement for vintage parts which have deteriorated, or an ideal finishing touch to a modern retro build. Far nicer quality than almost all of the competitors, and great value for money.

Product stated that the straps were Large/Xlarge but they only just fit with my size 9 trainers. Any bigger and they would not be suitable as they will not reach the buckle.

I use these on my old fashion toe clip pedals to help keep my foot inside the pedal. They are made of genuine leather, comes in a variety of colors, and last for a long time. I ride 3-4 times a week for 15-20 miles on a road bike and after several months, these toe straps still do the word they are designed for. They are easy to install on the right pedal and adjust easily. They have frayed a bit after several hundred miles, but I ride quite a bit and I'm somewhat hard on the pedals. Overall these are about the best brand of toe clip straps you can find.

They’re good and pretty durable so far. I don’t really care for the branding and they are far too expensive, but hey there aren’t many good options either.
