Very Good Android Box Great Product Support
This box does a great job for what I purchased it. I have an older HD TV without Smart TV capabilities and this little box opens up the world of streaming apps to that TV. Like using an Android smart phone, so it's pretty simple navigation. Especially with the included remote keyboard (a must have, IMO). Very satisfied with the apps you can install from Google Play. Had an issue with one of the apps and the seller went above and beyond to solve my issue. Could not be happier with this purchase especially at this price! Great quality streaming, and love the capability to use the faster 5.0 wireless channel.

Very nice box to stream movies off network, if you have the time to learn how
Bought this box to replace an older one with issues that we had used for years. Easy to set up for watching television, and probably for watching movies on a flash drive (which I didn't try), but had a hard time figuring out the settings to connect to my NAS to stream movies. Took a lot of tinkering and research to figure out that network drive connections were disabled by default. Turns out, viruses and malware forced Android to disable this access by default, but once I figured that out and realized I could only connect to my NAS by ip address (not name), I was able to access movie. The box is fast and I enjoy the updated interface. Found the Kodi player takes hours to process 3000 movies and then randomly falls over when you peruse them. If I use the file system, it is fine, but I lose movie descriptions and move posters. Once I got over the hurdle of setting it up, and realizing Kodi player has issues, it has been a very nice upgrade to the old box and its issues (a totally other story). If you just want a box to upgrade a non-smart TV, or need something to interface with your network storage like me, it is worth the price.

Fine but doesn't work with Disney+
I really like the ideas of these small Android tv units, and this one works fine, but Disney+ only accepts "certified hardware" which this and the others of its kind are not. I even side loaded Disney+ but the experience wasn't good. I think it's a memory issue, but using Disney+ to watch anything eventually causes to unit to slow down to the point it freezes completely. This thing is great in that is essentially a cellphone linked to your tv so a lot of options are available that aren't on a conventional streaming device, the bad side is that you probably don't really want them and Disney+ doesn't work.

Works good as described, the keyboard is way better use than original remote that's included!

Much better in streaming
Observations after first use.This one is much better configuration than my previous one in terms of wifi and RAM, and I can see improvements in streaming performance. However, I am facing some issues not observed with my old box, like neither Android box doesn't awake from TV when I switch the source to HUMILITY, nor visa versa, I tried by replacing cable without any improvement. Keyboard is amazing addition for me. But remote built is not good.
