The mist nozzle, on top of the unit, is difficult to turn and falls out every time when you flip the reservoir to fill it up.The unit has a high and low setting, but the fan remains at the same speed, and the output for both 200 and 150ml/h appears exactly the same. The output is excessive for small rooms and can only be controlled by switching the machine off.Hence, I will be returning it back to Amazon.

Not bad for money

I have only used it for not more than 60hrs and refilled it apprx. 6 times - the refill cap has already broken apart and the top diffuser team also fell out. These are the two most important parts.Feels well built on the outside but definitely not worth the money if it starts breaking apart within a few months

The media could not be loaded.  I really do love my diffusers and have them scattered all around the house (different scents for different rooms). This is a beautifully stylish diffuser with a classic feel and is really easy to use. It switches off automatically when the tank is empty of water. It holds up to 2litres of water which is ideal for lasting longer. Simply lift off the top from the base turn upside down and unscrew the seal to fill with water. Slot back into position of the housing basin plug in and switch the on/off switch at the bottom (have to say I didn’t notice this very clearly initially). Press this button once for level 1, twice for level 2 and 3x for level 2/nightmode then 4th press will switch it off.There is also the option on the top to adjust the mist outlet direction. A red light comes on if there is not enough water (use fresh drinking water below 40d). It also includes a thick instruction guide which I found very clear. It runs super quietly and looks lovely in our lounge I like it a lot. Also please be aware that you cannot add essential oils INTO the water basin – there is a slot at the bottom that is pulled out and that is where you have the option to add essential oils. Highly recommend.

I placed this in the bedroom to make sleep more comfortable. It was very effective and neither of us woke up at during the night as we often would. The placement is key to getting the best out of it, must be away from electrical appliances and on a steady waterproof base. On a night setting the light goes off and it is really quiet while running, when the tank is empty it will automatically stop and the light will go red. Last night was particularly humid where we live and we made the mistake of leaving on all night, as you can see there is moisture visible around the unit. My fault entirely, when winter comes and less humidity in the air this will be a great help. The mist is cooling and really fresh. I have to say it is not the best at fragrancing the air but I still think it's well worth five stars for unbroken sleep and no dry mouth in the morning. Style wise it is modern and contemporary so ought to blend into any type of decor.

Love the colour and material. The item works well for humidity. You need to make sure not to place it on the wooden worktop and the steam vapours up while made the floor goes wet! I dropped few drips of essential oil but it does not distribute any smell unless I have to poje my nose into the steam!
