Makes evenly browned bread like a baguette should be!
I think it's the mesh. Whatever does it, the bread roll comes out evenly toasted, without a browner top than the sides and bottom.I am amazed that they clean up so well -- just use a hard spray of warm or hot water, and presto! the pans are clean of any debris left during the cooking process. We love them! Of course, as with any pure silicone baking goods, you have to fill them ON a cookie sheet, as they are way too flexible to move once filled with dough. We made the dough about the consistency of pretzel dough, and we could move it without "spilling it", but we nearly lost the whole thing once during moving it filled with 6 sticks of dough. The end product is a 12-"roll" a bit smaller in diameter than Subway rolls -- and crunchier, and more delicious, too!

Definitely different
I have worked with perforated metal pans and I have worked with silicone ones;however, this was my first time working with a perforated silicone pan.Turns out what that actually translates into is a silicone mesh. The baking "pan" is more of a floppy baking form. You will absolutely need to fill, transport, and bake this on a baking sheet/tray to give the woven silicone the support it requires. In order to test the perforations a little I decided to try baking in this silicone form with a stiff batter, rather than a yeast dough.Well as you can see in the photos, my pound cake fingers came out very well in this. There was some oozing out the bottom through the mesh, but it was really not much.Of course, I was using a very thick, sticky batter, so I would say this is best limited to dough that does not run much.Regarding cleanup, each individual piece popped out easily after baking. The mesh cools very quickly, then you can shake off a lot of dry residue, wash it with soap and water, twisting the form as needed. While my pan looked as good as new after this first use/wash, I am worried about longevity , since this is a finely woven mesh without a lot of weight to it.On the flipside, it can roll up like a scroll of paper, taking up almost no room in your cupboards.Regarding the shape of the cavities in the silicone baking form, they will work for hot dog rolls, but are a bit short compared to commercial ones.Still, I love being able to bake a dozen at once, using a single sheet. In the end, I see things about this perforated silicone baking pan I really like and a few limitations. While it gets high marks for compact storage, dozen roll capacity, and performance in the oven; it does need another flat pan for support and, unlike a traditional baking pan, it cannot be used for anything with a thin consistency.A nice option for bakers who favor breads and have limited storage space.

They work great!
Quick and efficient!--These baguette forms raised and baked bread well. They are quite breathable perforated silicone molds, each having 5 cavities. They worked OK at 420 degrees without any problems and they state can withstand 480 degrees. They are super easy to clean and do not visibly stain. I just wash and dry them or hang them to dry. Then you can just roll fold them up for storage, and they take little space. What more could a person ask for in a bread-making tool. Yes, I would definitely order these again!

Just Odd
I thought this was a silicone mold pan, but it's thin mesh. So odd! I use a lot of thinner batters in my baking, so I won't be able to use this as often as I hoped. It does work fine if tincture thicker doughs though.

Bread baking with a ‘cool’ factor
So, I like my kitchen gadgets, and this is one of those that simply checked the ‘cool’ factor because of both the design and its obvious simplicity.See my pic - the seller’s pics don’t quite do it justice. These really are a silicone ‘mesh’ that – by feel and appearance – may be fiberglass reinforced. Either way, they let air circulate around the entirety of the bread, so when combined with a convection oven (e.g., a fan circulating the hot air), you get this perfectly browned crust all the way around.Baguettes are annoying as technically you’re supposed to shift them around during cooking to get the right effect. These pans and a good oven make the process sincerely effortless.

Great little breads
You can do all kinds of stuff with this mold. Easy to clean and use. Bread doesn't stick.bottoms cook good with this material. Even though they are small molds we've made buns, little bread bowl types, and garlic bread sticks. The bread sticks are a little wide but still good.

An Interesting Take...
...on a bread pan. I ordered this to make small loaves of bread, and I thought it was a different type of silicone. This bread pan is extremely flimsy, and won't hold the bread unless it is sitting on a baking sheet. Also, the bread isn't that easy to remove, because of the material of the pan. It is more like a weave than any type of silicone. However, it is large enough to make several loaves at once, so it might be worth the price. But I can't attest to its longevity, and others will have to figure that out for themselves.

Nice
Nice molds. Easy to use and easy to store. Good value pack. Works well as a form for loafs. No issues or complaints so far.
