Perfect fit, installed in 2 minutes. The original door latch broke off after many years, so we obviously needed a new one. This was the easiest thing to install and I did it at our campsite with a screwdriver. Works perfectly.

I finally got sick of looking at the duct tape job I did on my travel trailer’s screen door handle and searched Amazon for a replacement. This “appeared” identical (shows that I failed to double check), so I ordered 2, because I believe in having spares in things with a camper.They arrived faster than expected and I was delighted to see these were much sturdier than my old one. Even the door catch part of the handle was thicker, which means less likely to be able to accidentally push the screen door open when I fail into it (happens when you juggle 2 small dogs it seems)!It turns out the little piece that attaches to the entry door (and holds the screened door to it when not in use) was smaller than my original one. The screw holes wouldn’t match up, so I left the old part in place to avoid putting more holes in the camper door. It works fine. I also did not change the strike plate (??? the part that inserts in the door frame to receive the latch ???) because I could not get mine off no matter what I tried. Turns out, the fit is incredible solid and snug merging the new and old 😂While I only used the handle and the a few of the new screws, everything was included in the bag to do a full parts replacement. I love the new handle. It is sturdy, solid, and my camper screen door has never shut so nicely. And I am smiling because I have a spare and skip duct tape if I manage to break this one.Super easy to install (phillips head screwdriver), good price, and good quality replacement. WIN!

My screen door handle broke a few years ago so I finally decided to replace it . This is the product that I bought. The install was simple it literally took minutes and the fit was perfect and now my screen door closes tight . It comes with everything you need to replace all of the old parts and hardware..Definitely a good buy ..

The spring broke in our original door handle and we purchased this for a replacement. The handle is well made but I expected it to be a much easier swap. We have an East to West camper manufactured by Forest River, a major manufacturer. Because of that I thought this would be a simple screwdriver and two screws to replace. It wound up the handle did not match up with the existing holes. I aligned the handle and drilled new holes. After installing I found you need to be careful, over tightening screws results in the handle binding so I had to leave screws looser than I would like. The addition of the 3rd center screw was a nice touch and will hopefully prevent it from moving. Lastly I found the handle did not match up with the catch on the exterior door and was preventing the exterior door from closing and latching. I needed to move the catch on the exterior door to fix this. The original catch on both the exterior door and door frame were higher quality and better design than what came with this package so I was happy I could reuse them. All in all I'm happy with the product but was disappointed to find what I thought was going to be a 5 minute job turned into a 35 minute job. Next time I would likely purchase a Forest River replacement part.

Last year, I was silly. I tried to escape my camper quickly and pulled on the handle. It snapped, and we had to ziptie the screen to the door. I ordered this for this summer. It came rather quickly, took a few minutes to install, and is likely better than the original . It could withstand a toddler tug, and was quite useful and nice for camping. Love it! Great replacement.

Very easy to install, much sturdier than the typical manufacturer handles that come on RVs. Love that it says Open with the directional arrow for those guests who aren't familiar with how to use it!Only drawback so far is that it keeps loosening off from the main door catch (shifts position) and has to be tightened. Quite happy with it!
