Great for beginners exactly what you need
For the price this wheel is amazing. I started a pottery course and wanted to practice at home and this is perfect for it. My only issue is how short it is but after finding a small table to pop it on thereโs no problem at all. It is easy to use and does everything I need it to do really happy with the wheel and would buy again in a heart beatโฆ..may even buy one for my mum for Christmas

Great for small projects
Perfect for table top use to make mugs, bowls, cups, small items. Can use the foot pedal while standing or the buttons on the side of the wheel to operate wheel speed. Sturdy steel construction. Amazing value. Tray can leak to pay attention to where the tray joins and your water use.

Works well, it's just a bit too low.
It's a nice little unit, very easy to operate, however, it is really low, too low to sit on a standard height chair and throw on it. Could do with the legs being 100mm longer.

Motor is sparking and splash guard leaks
Loved this wheel the first couple of times I used it, I turned it on today and the motor is SPARKING. Not sure if this has something to do with water getting in, but I thought pottery wheels were built with this in mind??

Perfect gift for my fiancรฉeโs birthday present. She was thrilled with this pottery wheel as she is a beginner.

Broken after second use!
Used the machine twice now and the foot pedal has stopped working. It goes faster but when bringing your foot back down its sticking and still spinning the wheel so you can't slow it down or stop it. Cannot for the life of me get hold of the seller as amazon's automated service just takes me to returns. I don't want to return it I just want a new foot pedal which I could of asked the seller for but been going round in circles for an hour!
