Honest review-Great for music ANC not so much - although ANC works great on planes
TLDR: (Updated review please see at the end) So overall I would say buy this headset if you just want something that sounds pretty good and has some marginal noise cancelling. If you want LDAC then be assured it works but only on Android, however this disables dual connection to 2 devices and drains battery a little faster but again the battery is impressive on this device. Pros: - Great companion app - Good sound - Transparency mode and easy chat works great - Fantastic customer service if you have a problem Cons: - Marginal Noise cancelling (there is much to wish here) - it works good in certain scenarios though (Airplane, Coaches, Buses) - It is not immediately obvious how to disable bass-up if someone dislikes the heavy bass - No hardshell case included like in other lower models (nitpick) Extended review: First of all I must say that these headsets look and feel great (well initially) more on that later. You get a very decent headset for this price range. They have a companion app that allows for a lot of customisation. I must specially praise the hearing id that tailors the sound from the headset towards your hearing. I really like the sound quality that it provides. Although as some others mentioned the bass is way too heavy at times. I recommend disabling bass up unless you love super heavy bass. Disabling bass up is not so obvious though. You have to set the control in the APP and enable the double click of the N/C button. This is a minor nitpick though. I am overall a great fan of the Anker products and I have never been this disappointed with any of their products. My biggest issue with the headset is noise cancelling, or rather the lack of it. I have specifically bought these for noise cancelling. What a disappointment this is. So first of all I turned on our extractor fan that sounds like a little engine. There was only a marginal difference between the normal and noise cancelling noise. I was really surprised as I have the AirPods 4 ANC and despite them being open ear they completely wipe that sound out and I cannot hear the extractor fan at all. Next I tried a lawn mower, once again a marginal difference between normal and noise cancelling mode. I even reached out to customer service regarding this and they suggested hard resetting and going through some troubleshooting which I did. I must say that their customer service is fantastic. They are really on the ball. What I must say though after having spent more time with the headset now. I took it a couple of flights and they did a great job cancelling out some of the cabin noise of the plane as well as the coach to the airport. There is also the transparency mode and easy chat. These work great. It basically lets all the sound through for you and when you put your hand over the left earcup it silences the sound so that you can have a chat with someone without taking your headset off. There is also a sensor that you can set up for auto pause when you take the headset off, although this can work and not at times. There are also some additional functions in the app. For example it allows you to put some nature sounds on for some relaxation. You can also turn on simultaneous to 2 devices at the same time. NOTE: If you switch codecs to LDAC (only on Android) then this function is disabled. They promise all day wearing comfort. While the headset feels very comfortable on your head initially I would not be able to wear them longer than for 2 hours. Mostly as the skin around my ears gets sweating, however this might be less of an issue when the weather is a bit cooler. I initially gave it 2 stars mainly because I bought them for the noise cancelling functionality which turned out to be marginal although much better in planes and coaches where I used them recently. If it would not be for that I would say that they deserve 4-5 stars. I must say that I have been approached by Anker's customer service and their customer service is fantastic hence I am bumping it up to 5 stars. Once again be assured that the headset's noise cancelling might not be what you expect. I have not tested it in every scenario so it might work better in certain cases.

Great sound, great fit, comfortable. Great price!
So far I’m loving these headphones! I’ve had them all but a few hours. The surround sound is amazing. They block out the outside noise but not enough to not know what’s going on. For example I can hear slightly my partners football but it doesn’t take away from the enjoyment of the tv program on my iPad. This suits me perfectly. They are very comfortable and as a person with a small head, size 6 and 3/4 horse riding hat (child size I believe) they are perfect as that was my main worry. As a first time user and a lot of research I am very pleased with my purchase. I also chose refurbished and can’t see anything wrong with them. They were just like new. I don’t bother to write reviews ever. However, I liked these so much I decided to write one.

4.5 starts
(4.5 stars) Great Value Noise-Cancelling Headphones With Impressive Performance I've been using the Soundcore Space One headphones for about two weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed—especially at this price point. 🔊 Sound Quality: The audio is surprisingly rich and balanced. Bass is punchy without being overpowering, and mids and highs come through clearly. It won’t replace high-end audiophile gear, but for casual listening, commuting, or even some focused music sessions, it holds up very well. The companion app adds a lot of value with its EQ presets and custom tuning. 🔇 Noise Cancelling: The ANC is excellent for the price—while not on par with Sony’s or Bose’s flagship models, it handles ambient noise (traffic, chatter, low hums) better than expected. I use them daily on public transport and it noticeably reduces background noise. 🎧 Comfort & Build: They’re lightweight and comfortable for long listening sessions. The earcups are soft and the clamping pressure is just right—not too loose, not too tight. Build quality feels sturdy, though there’s some plastic feel to it, which is expected at this price range. 🔋 Battery Life: Battery life is outstanding—easily goes for days without needing a charge, even with ANC on. I’ve only had to charge them once so far. 💰 Price-to-Performance: This is where the Space One really shines. For the features you get—ANC, good sound, long battery life, app control, multipoint Bluetooth—the value is excellent. It feels like you’re getting features from headphones twice the price. Verdict: These aren’t perfect (touch controls can be a bit sensitive, and ANC isn’t elite-level), but for the money, they're a strong contender. Ideal for students, commuters, or anyone who wants reliable wireless ANC headphones without breaking the bank. Would definitely recommend them—and they’ve become my go-to over-ears for daily use.

Best headphones I've ever had
Fit perfectly on my head. Lovee all the features such as transparency mode and the EQ modes, and the noise cancelling is top notch. The mic is a bit lacking but good enough for casual calls. The pads are super comfortable and the design is really cool. Battery life lasts me more than 2 weeks (I use them for a couple of hours a day). Quality feels great. Would highly recommend.

BUY THEM.. great sound and Bass 🔊
Slick, Stylish and pack a punch.. great sound and Bass. I listen to Techno/Dance music and like my levels & Bass on-point, these deliver. I'm comparing them on an older set of BEATS I had and these deliver around the same sound quality. Long Battery Life & Comfortable to wear. BUY THEM.

Don't buy from the Renewed Store.
Don't buy from the Amazon Renewed Store because the return period of a month means your stuffed if the item rediscovers it's fault after that period. (It's great if you're sitting still but you walk 3 steps and it cuts out...incredibly frustrating) And ironically, it is now selling cheaper for new than it did when it was supposedly renewed. When it works, the sound quality is great but the battery life is also atrocious. Just don't buy "renewed", wait and buy it cheaper later on.

Wow!
Had nearly all LDAC cans out there at one time or another, but having picked these up refurbished for £49, I couldn't be happier or more surprised. Excellent BT NC LDAC ENABLED headphones. I can see the sense of not incl a case to keep the price down. N/C v much knocking on the door of the big expensive brands. V impressed with the level of NC in these! My only caveat on all Soundcore headphones (and buds for that matter)... Woah Soundcore, enough with the bass. Bass can be overpowering to a real fault across the entire Soundcore range, tbh; if you don't properly EQ these in the app. Seriously Soundcore, if you aim upcoming releases towards a much more balanced overall sound, you'd be 10/10 rather than 8/10 currently. Tame the bass across your entire range. Flatten things out a bit. Go for more of a reference sound and you'd be unstoppable. Then for those low-end crazies out there who want overpowering bass thump, they can always EQ it in, using the app...

Far too bass heavy regardless of efforts to adjust.
Edit 11/3/2025: I downloaded Poweramp Equalizer app which cost £5 from the Google Play Store and I was able to tame the bass a good bit. Anker Soundcore team reached out to me and offered a full refund without having to return them and said they would feedback to their development team re the Space One's. I will use these for work when I'm mowing as the anc will damp down the noise whilst at the same time I can listen to music. The extra star is for the excellent customer service and the improved bass via the app I paid for. I'd say don't get these is you are not into too much bass or pay for the aforementioned app. ----Original Review Below---- Firstly I knew these would have a bass emphasis but my are they have way too much bass. I've tried every eq preset, done my own custom curve to reduce bass and also used the hearing ID to set it up for my own ears. Even with the bass rolled off they are so muddy bass wise. It just destroys the listening experience. Build quality is okay but it's entirely plastic. Comfort and ANC are good. I enabled Ldac but I can't notice an appreciable difference. Lesson I guess is you get what you pay for. That said the Soundcore Q20i I lost sounded better than these and they were cheaper. I'll probably send these back.

Quality of a budget price
Sound cord does that again. My view soundcore earpods and mini speakers and I just got these to listen to hi-fi music with spatial audio on my sound system. A reasonable price for a very good quality sound. Having the ability to connect to two devices at the same time is amazing a future I've long waited for. The included soundcore app for my phone phone makes things very easy to set up in the way. I want to use the headphones and active noise. Canceling is very good sound. Quality is excellent. Voice calls are great and the option to cover the left ear to have a conversation. Yes, amazing.
