It works for me. I don't use it as often but whenever i use it, i see a difference.

The photo is misleadin,. I received sleeveless. The quality is good though. It could've been perfect if they uploaded the correct product to avoid expectation vs reality moments.

This neck-and-face massager didn’t work for me at all. I charged it for over 15 hours, but it still wouldn’t turn on. Because it never powered on, I couldn’t test any of the features like thermal mode or color settings. Possibly a defective unit, but overall a disappointing experience. Returned eventually

I just got the device and it's working fine. However, the EMS program (with the red light) is quite painful to me! It literally gives me a headache and hurts, especially on the forehead (front and sides). I can't handle it more than 20 seconds honestly. I researched online why this could be happening but haven't found anything on the topic so far, so I thought I'd share it here. Beside that, the blue program feels nice with the heat, and the green feels nice on the skin. I haven't seen results so far as I just got the device yesterday.

the item is working but I can’t see the difference yet. So, I rate this in between. I think if your going to use this one you should pair it with really nice face product for better results.

I got this for a new 2026 beauty tool. I love the vibration, my skin feels a bit smoother after using it. I use the settings for a certain amount of time and sometimes 2 different ones, I give it at least 2-3 mins in each setting and I can see a difference even after using it for 3 days straight I use it in the morning after a shower and then put on some hyaluronic acid from CeraVe and some Olhendrickson Peptide moisturizer and my skin feels and looks so youthful

It is too early to tell if this works but overall I think my skin has improved and it looks better. Pretty sure this is the same as the more expensive ones that are branded and sell for $100 each. So in that sense I am happy with my order. It feels good on the skin and I do think I will see better results over time, I have seen slight improvements so it is promising.
