This moves around a lot. So its not as effective as I hoped-for. I have to hold it with one hand to stabilize it so it doesn't slip upward when using it. Even if you make it tight, it will loosen up and move. I'd never trust this without holding it in place by hand. All in all, it's OK. However, I'd not buy it again. Thusly I can not recommend it either.

There are many of these types of products on Amazon, and honestly they are all the same, but you get more for your buck with this deal, and a lot of the other options cost almost double, so this is a really good buy.
