I try to keep one of these in my purse for hit days. They make it easy to pin up my hair. They can, eventually break, being that the combs are made of plastic, but I usually get a good amount of use before that happens.

Love these clips. They're the perfect size for me to be able throw my hair up in bun. I love the eclipse don't Dunt my hair or get tangled in it like hair bands do. These clips are much more comfortable than the hair bands and don't snap either so they last a while

These were exactly what I was looking for - right size and no rubbery anti-slip on the inside. Unfortunately like other reviewers, a couple of mine arrived broken. I suspect it is because Amazon shipped them in a bag instead of a box. They were also all black, unlike the product photo. I don't mind so much about that though, just bummed that some were broken and now unusable.

Good clips worked well

I've been using these clips for years but they are difficult to find in stores. They are usually sold out. I have long curly hair and I prefer these hair clips rather than hair ties or other clips I've tried. Unfortunately my dog loves them too and destroys them when I leave them out...that happens way too often! I deducted a star because one of the clips arrived broken due to the inferior packaging. Update: I deducted another star after these kept breaking in the same spot. I think this is a defective batch of hair clips. I'm not sure I'll order them again from this company.

The best hair clips around. I have long curly hair and the grip holds hair in place all up all day and night perfect size clip not bulky at all. They are light weight, easy to open, the different colors provides versatility for different outfits.

Update: Spend your money on the Kisch brand instead. More expensive for sure and worth every penny. These Goody ones are AWFUL! I give them NO stars after every one has one or more broken claws. I do not have thick hair, it’s shoulder length but if any pressure is put on the claws themselves they break. I had these many years ago and they lasted until recently. This new plastic is awful. I’ve already snapped off at least one of the teeth on three or four different ones. Quality is horrible.

This product has a fine design and shape to it. Plastic last quite long and holds well. However I keep ordering the package with 'clear clips" inside and keep getting packages with all one color! This time all black. Clear is justgreat for blond or gray hair. Goody People, listen up!! Make a package with all "clear" clips! Clear doesn't conflict with jewelry either. And Amazon! Watch what is being sent out, will ya'?

Why is it so difficult to find clear clips?! I always have to them with black and brown and they seem to always be the first to break! Grrrrr. These have stood the test of time! All of them! I have excessive black clips but the clear have stood sturdy even through constant in and outs of a hard hat work situation. None of the tongs have broken, the spring is firm, I am pleased.

Big lightweight hair clips. Easy to use with long hair.

Out of 6 clips, 4 broke upon the first use! The clips, despite being small-ish, would be just the perfect size to secure long hair up in a bun, and the spring feels strong enough to keep everything in place, but the plastic is brittle and fragile and the teeth collapse at the slightest pressure.. Disappointing.
