If it were functioning, this would only brightly illuminate an area of about 12 inches diameter, and not nearly 4000 lumens. When zoomed out, there's barely enough light to see the ground around one's feet. My light only works on high for a few seconds before dimming down to nothing. None of the settings are constant or continuous.
