Excellent Customer Service
I bought the USB to replace a broken one but couldn't figure out how to pair with my headset. A few emails & 1 phone call fixed my issue.

Has been great, very good sound quality.
Gives great sound quality when used with a Plantronics DECT headset. Mine is used 8hours a day most days I needed something that just plain works, and these seem to fit the bill.

Connects DECT Headset to a PC - Now I can be on a Teams/Zoom call anywhere in the house ;)
Plug and go interface to connect my C565 to a PC. Crystal clear at my end and had no complaints about quality at the other. Takes a few seconds once plugged into the USB port to start (which is entirely expected).Can carry on a conversation anywhere in the house, and some distance outside it too!
