Chinese Checkers/chequers is a board game which can be played by two, three, four, or six people and is a great fun for children and adults. This is a hand crafted Wooden Game Set made by artisans from India and is made of very sturdy and richly hued Indian Timber. The board is about 11 inches in diameter. A trough around the perimeter keeps the marbles in place on the board, and there are grooves carved into the board to prevent rolling. The objective is to be the first to race one's pieces across the hexagram shaped board into "home" — the corner of the star opposite one's starting corner, using single step moves or moves that jump over other pieces. The remaining players continue the game to establish 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and last place finishers. Like other skill-based games, Chinese Checkers involves strategy.
