Definitely needed this and couldn’t be more happy
My care was smelling like mold, so I bought this filter and replaced my cabin air filter. Couldn’t be more happy with how easy it was and how the air quality turned out. Definitely make sure it’s the right fit for your car before you buy it, but it worked for me. Attached is a picture of this product beside my old filter

Not an Easy Repair
This isn't an easy repair. I ended up with a few broken clips, one screw that wouldn't line up and the two Phillips screws for the air filter cover being missing from the beginning. Maybe Ford decided that they weren't needed. You need a pulling tool, a prying tool, and a 7mm socket. Mine is back together and seems tight and aligned. Watch a video before you order the filter and make sure the repair is within your capabilities. The replacement clip might be "uxcell Plastic Fasteners Auto Car Trim Instrument Panel Dashboard 20PCS White" but I won't be sure until next time I take the panel apart. I have a 2017 Ford Fusion. The filter itself is fine.

While the filter looks to be of good quality, it was not the correct one for my Nautilus, so I sent it back.

Fits Correctly in a 2016 Ford Fusion
The filter fit as well as OEM and provides good air flow. I noticed no odd odor. Only problem was that Ford made it ridiculously difficult to replace it.

Convenient
