Really a nice pillow. Very comfy for me, I sleep on my side and it's just right. I like that it has the CertiPUR designation so I know that the materials aren't toxic.

Easily became my main pillow to sleep on. It feels wonderful when I'm on my side which is most of the night. I do toss and turn a lot and I find it a little taxing when I'm on my back since it's a little high for my head that way, but I toss and turn so much naturally that I end up on my side again anyway and I'd prefer to have the support there! It fits perfectly where it needs to.

I have spent thousands of dollars on pillows trying to find the perfect one. While I don't consider this "the one" it's a decent pillow. It arrives completely compressed, but a quick tumble in the dryer puffs it right up. It also comes with an extra bag of filling if you want to add more. The filling is shredded memory foam, so you can remove or add filling if you want the pillow thicker or thinner. Memory foam tends to be more firm, but this pillow doesn't feel hard to me. It is a cooling pillow, and it does feel nice and cold when you first lay on it. As with most cooling pillows, it doesn't stay cold indefinitely. I just don't think that technology is possible with the body heat from your head. While I'm still on the search for the perfect pillow for me, this is a good pillow at a great price.

My daughter loves the cooling effect. It’s very fluffy as is and she says it’s too thick. We haven’t tried removing any stuffing. If it ever loses the fullness it’s nice having more to add.

I have tried SO MANY different pillows because of my various cervical aches and pains and age...This pillow is worlds different from any I've ever seen.Most pillows are made of the usual stuffing or a hunk of foam with gel sometimes.This pillow is full of diced up gel memory foam and even comes with a bag of extra foam!I was so surprised and pleased with this pillow, it is flat where you need it and fluffy where you do and stays cool as well. There is an inner zippered pouch with the fluff and the outer cover with a zipper as well.I'm a back and stomach sleeper and ended up taking out some fluff and it was just perfect.This has helped my cervical neck pain subside and recover from my computer job more than any other pillow I've purchased, very highly recommended.Price point is not bad, worth it considering I've spent twice as much on a pillow that didn't come close to the relief this one offers.

Well, this is far better than the Walmart brand my nephew had before! That one was simple polyester fill, like from a stuffed animal, shoved into more polyester. Not like this one! The adjustable cross-cut memory foam it's filled with coupled with the cooling cover have made my nephew very happy! He's 12 and to be honest, I suspect a kid that young can do just fine with a basic pillow, but he loves this new one and really enjoys the difference. He says it's amazing and perfect! He lost his whole bedroom in the fire and most of the things he knew and loved, which is always sad. So if a simple pillow can make him happy and even more than happy, I am all for it! He recommends it so I recommend it!

The pillow has been slowly ripping and the memory foam is falling out. Eventually I’ll have to trash it because I won’t be able to wash my pillow case if the memory foam has to be dumped out each time.

I really wanted to love this pillow but, sadly, it's not for me.I sleep very HOT. The idea of a cooling pillow is very appealing to me. I was excited when it arrived and I first felt the cool cover. I couldn't wait for bedtime that day. However, upon laying down that night, I noticed that the pillow was very slick and my head ended up in the headboard. I carefully re-arranged it and got comfortable. The memory foam felt really nice... until it got HOT. I woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. I also noticed all night long that I would slide off the pillow and get a kink in my neck. Not wanting to totally give up on it, I put a different pillowcase on it and gave it another try the next night. Same thing. Although the pillow is nice and fluffy and feels really nice, it just doesn't sleep well for me.
