The gloves are a light weight and flexible material. The sizes on the chart seem to be accurate. Mine fit perfectly. Since I had two pairs of gloves I tried to cut one of them with everyday scissors without success. I have since used my gloves with my mandolin, potato peeler and regular knife slicing. Clean up is easy I wash mine when I wash the dishes. I recommend these cut resistant gloves to everyone, fantastic product and great price, especially if you are cut friendly like me.

Nice gloves, but small size is more a child size than adult small.
These gloves are really nice for whittling. I would say that the small size is probably most appropriate for child size. I have relatively small hands for an adult female, but medium would have been a more appropriate size for me. I didn't bother to return for a more appropriate size, so the fact that I didn't resolve this issue is by choice. I figured these were so inexpensive I could always just cut fingers out of them for times when I don't want a full gloves.

My husband is happy with them! Size medium fit himPerfectly. When taking off we found it works best to start at the palm and take short pulls towards the fingers. If you tug at the fingers to take them off it has that “Chinese finger cuff” effect which makes them tighter...at least it did for us, so with the palm method they came off with ease. Great item!

These run small but are great gloves
Update 12/12/2018:Adepsia saw my original review (below) and proactively contacted me to help me out. They ended up sending me larger gloves because they wanted to make sure I am happy with the purchase. I've added an additional star for this outstanding customer service. I am very impressed.Initial review:These run small. Normally a size medium work gloves fits well, just as it should. These gloves in size medium won't fit over my fingers, and I can see that if they did, they would be far too short anyway. They look like gloves for a child, not an adult, but I double checked the label and they are what should be a medium. I can't use these so I am returning them.

These Things Really Work!
My wife is a pronie and cuts herself at least once or twice a month in the kitchen. Using these gloves, she's able to eliminate all those irritating accidental slices completely. They're so good that my grandson, who likes to help in the kitchen and seems to have inherited my wife's proclivity for accidents, asked my to get him a pair as well. The only complaint is that the fingers tend to be a bit too long, but that really isn't much of an issue. I'm not sure they would protect you from a truly determined attempt to stab through them, but for kitchen knife work they're more than up to the task. They are quite lightweight, flexible and comfortable to wear. These are definitely worth the money and I would recommend them.

They work. Not great, but enough.
Possible tainted review here, these fit smaller so that may have compromised my experience slightly. That said my hand aren't completely destroyed after learning you fillet halibut, salmon, and rockfish on a rocking boat. They do seem to wear out much faster than the last anti-stab glove i had, but that may simply be due to stress from how small they are.
