These were a present for my Fiance, he had a pair before and absolutely loves them
The sound quality is excellent, very easy to use

Good sound - terrible design
I get these are cheap because they have not a nice design (these are clunky and thick and the earbuds are large) but the sound is amazing and that’s why I give them 4 stars.

I really like these. The design is clever
I really like these. The design is clever, they are comfy to wear and stay in place. I find the sound to be really good, it's clear and true and it sounds as good as headphones twice the price. Perfect for using in the gym. They charge fast and the charge lata ages, much better than other bluetooth headsets I've used in the past.

Lightweight, comfortable neckband Bluetooth headphones, linked easily to iPhone 6s+. Decent sound quality.
4.5 stars for these, rounded up to five. These are comfortable, secure little neckband headphones that work really well. They come very nicely presented for gift-giving in a box that completely disguises the contents. They charged up with absolutely no problem via the micro USB to USB charging cable supplied, the clearly illustrated instructions are very easy to follow. The micro USB charging port on the control block has a rubber cap to prevent water entering, should these be worn when running.Once charged, a simple long (2 second) press on the Play button activates the Bluetooth connection. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device; the headphones appear on the Bluetooth enabled device list as Jam Contour, which is helpful. I tested these indoors, and was able to listen to my iPhone downstairs whilst upstairs, so listening to a phone in a waist belt or pocket when running, walking or cycling shouldn't be a problem. The sound quality is good, nothing spectacular, but perfectly acceptable, clear with a decent balance of sound. After a bit of practice, it's relatively easy to identify the embossed control buttons on the control block by touch.Summary: Light, portable, comfortable.

Longest lasting budget noise cancelling earbuds
I have tried virtually all the budget active noise cancelling earbuds (Linner, TaoTronics, etc) available on Amazon and none of them lasted beyond a couple of weeks.I use them daily in the gym so sweat resistance is important, and even Bose's QC30's have no water resistance whatsoever!I have had these now for over a month and although they're not the best design - I find the neckband a little bit too snug, and the wires are a tad too long. Also you have to hold down the power button for quite a long time to turn them on and off compared to all other earbuds similar to these. The noise cancelling is reliable and decent enough for taking the edge of the loud music in the gym so I can listen to what I want to comfortably. They have been through their fair share of 'sweat' and remain fully functional. The controls are intuitive in combination with the LED indicator and they do feel pretty sturdy. They take quite a while to charge, but the battery life is decent enough.Fingers crossed they last a good while longer, as for the money I really can't complain at all.

Poor - avoid
Poor - batter life is not great, not very comfortable and in the case of the ones I have, require constant repairing with my iphone 7 - thee are better alternatives at cheaper prices - avoid

Average headphones, not worth the price, left headphone just fully bust
I've had these headphones for just about a month and used them for the running to utilise the waterproof and sweatproof feature. The left headphone has just almost completely blown. The sound quality hasn't been particularly good at any point with the earbuds consistently falling out of my ears (literally the whole point of the support collar, failed) and the battery, as noted above, is not great. It's absurd that these cost £30 and they didn't last past a month with moderate use (for 3 runs a week).

The wires are driving me insane because they're too long
In one of his short stories author Tom Wolf describes the difference between handmade clothes and off-the-peg. A handmade coat will have arm holes the size of your own arm, whereas an off-the-peg coat will have arm holes that can accommodate a person with arms as thick as a gorilla's. This means there's an unnecessary load of space in there if you have smaller arms. It can't possibly hang right. Why is this relevant to these Jam Audio Contour headphones? Well it's the length of those wires that join the ear pods to the neck strap. Jam Audio had to make them long enough that someone with a really long neck can wear them. I was once sitting bored in church and noticed a woman in front of me had a spectacularly long neck, almost a foot long. It made me wonder how her neck could be so different to mine, which is maybe two inches. Well that lady could have worn these headphones no problem. The thing is, that means when I wear them there are two wires flapping around every time I wear them, and I haven't been able to figure out a way of tucking the excess wire out of the way - such as making a knot in them - so all the time there is a piece of wire tapping both of my cheeks. This has removed any pleasure I might have gained from wearing them. While we're talking about the design - these headphones are OK if you're wearing them, but they're particularly annoying to carry in a bag or rucksack. What they need is some kind of case, but that adds to the unnecessary bulk of carrying them.Let's talk about the electronics. Pairing these headphones with my Android phone was an OK experience. Not the best, but not the worst. You need to press the middle of three buttons on the right side of the plastic neck strap. I can only do this by taking the headphones off and looking at the buttons, which is surprising because they have little raised rubber markings to show minus volume, play and plus volume. My thumb is just too insensitive to detect them properly. You hold down the play button to do Bluetooth pairing. Maybe if you can do this while wearing the headphones you get an audible cue from the earpieces, but since I haven't been able to do this while wearing them maybe it's me that's at fault. These are theoretically active noise cancelling headphones but unfortunately I've recently been spoiled by having some expensive Sony headphones which are miraculous in the way they dampen external sound - they really are magical, it's as though someone has a master volume control for the world and they just turned the whole thing down. By contrast these Contour headphones have a background hiss and don't really seem to do much in the way of background noise reduction.Sound quality is merely OK but because the wires keep flapping against my cheeks I have found I have to take them off out of sheer irritation so I'm afraid I haven't spent much time assessing their audio quality... sorry.
