Great stuff. Recently started shaving my head and needed moisturizer. Feels light, not greasy and absorbs quickly. No irritation. Leaves my head feeling smooth and fresh. No shiny polished bowling ball look. The matte finish looks natural and clean. Slight minty smell when applied but it goes away fast. A little pricey in my opinion but I love it anyway and actually bought a second bottle to make sure I never run out.

This lotion helps reduce the shine of a bald head. It also moisturizes dry scalp skin. It works even in warm climates and when I am sweating.

Switched from buzzing to shaving recently, and was looking for a lotion to produce a matte look. This does take away the shine, especially if applied directly after shaving or showering. Most reviews I've read here mentioned the liquid consistency, but even so I was surprised upon the first use by how thin this truly is. You'll get a handful if you give it a squeeze, and a little bit of this is all you need. If the tube had a more restrictive cap this would be greatly improved. The lotion itself is great, moisturizing with a slight minty scent that doesn't linger. Very good product in the wrong dispenser.

Works great. No odor.

This stuff is just what I was wanting. NON-greasy, fast absorbing, light cooling refreshing fragrance. What more do you need. Oh yeah, matte finish. No more blinding others with my shiny dome. One more thing, it only takes a little dab to do the job. Great stuff.

My primary reason for buying this was to reduce the shine on my head and it didn’t work out. I have brown skin so perhaps this works better for other shades of people. It does moisturize which is why I gave this an average review.

I'm an older guy, and in all honesty, I never paid a lot of attention to skin care until recently. I was at an IT training in a neighboring town, and when I was washing my hands in their bathroom I noticed my forehead shining - like glass. No, I'm not bald or even balding to any discernable degree, but my forehead was shining so brightly under the fluorescents you would have thought that Gondor was calling for aid. I immediately started looking for something, anything, to tame that shine down. I despise greasy products, so I was concerned that anything I used would be too heavy for me to tolerate on my face. This moisturizer is FANTASTIC. Goes on creamy, not greasy, and absorbs well without feeling like it has coated your skin - you honestly won't feel it. No irritation to my skin after several days of use, minimal fragrance (so as to not clash with cologne, etc.), and lasts all day. Cuts the shine on my face down to 15-20% of what it was previously. I use it on my forehead and my nose, and the change is immediately apparent. I used it at 6:30 this morning and it is still keeping my face nicely moisturized and providing a matte look as I type this at almost 4:00 this afternoon. It only takes a tiny amount to coat your skin, so I expect a tube to last a LONG time the way I am using it. I would have paid twice the price for this. If you're dealing with excessive shine on your face (or your head, for that matter), do yourself a favor and order a tube of this ASAP.

This stuff works beautifully I love it

Love the smell of the product and the consistency. Goes on easy and dries quickly with no shine on my head. It is one of my go to products that I use regularly. I’ve tried probably 20 products since shaving my head and this is in my top 5 rotation right now.

My head is still shiny, doesn’t work as it is advertised unfortunately.

I've experienced quite some skin troubles and recovered after stopping using it. It may not meant for the one with oily skins who want to make it matte.
