Two of these do a good job of baking a small chicken or any meat where you might want to keep moist and capture the splatter.Pros:Easy to cleanSnug fitCaptures splatterKeeps food moistTwo fit side by side in small UK ovensClear glass makes it easy to see how well the dish is progressing (no need to lift lid)ConsWhile the over lapping handles are a nice idea (there's an overlap on the diagonal), giving one something to grab onto when removing one dish from the other, it would be helpful if the overlap were larger making it easier to grab the top dish with silicon oven mitts.
