Absolutely perfect!! 5 minutes morning and night. Just enough prompts to make me deliberate and reflective about my day. It replaces my daily gratitude journal, and it’s so much more. Many similar items didn’t ask “How could I have made today better.” Not What didn’t go well, but me, what could I have done. Note that the How to Use image in the listing photos is wrong.

This is a very basic journal. However, it’s a simple way to “check in” with yourself during difficult times in your life. Good quality and price. I’m satisfied.

All the pages are the same except for the quotes on top which I appreciate. It’s a nice little thing to do each day. If you want to try a gratitude journal this is a good starter one!
