Doesn't stick to our shower tray
The tape was OK on the Jackoboard joints on the wall but still had a few places it bubbled regardless of how much WPS I put on first. The biggest problem is it has not bonded to the shower tray. I sanded it back and cleaned the tray first but next day it was as stuck as low tack masking tape!I should say this was not bought from Amazon. I just wanted others to know this kits limitations as the place I bought it from wont let me post a negative review.

Great if your a professional but for the average DIY'er i would use Aquaseal kit - you get more product and its easier to apply
Buy the aquaseal kit ! I normally buy the cheaper aquaseal kit - but thought id try this kit.The tape barely finished a 800x800 three walled shower - i had 10mm to spare.Two coats of the Gum just about covered the 3 walls appropriately but I only painted to head height to allow for the fact it would probably not make it.The aquaseal tape is split and sticky so you can stick one side then do the other side of a corner makeing things alot easier. The mapei tape is horrible to work with it only real sticks on the mesh. I had lots of problems with the tape not sticking.
