I bought this to renew my wife's Outback black trim. I did the entire exterior in about an hour and the car looks brand new. It has been about a month since putting it on and the car still looks great. My wife couldn't be happier. I also use it on the tires. Great product!

Easy to apply smoothly. Leaves a beautiful sheen on black exterior plastic. So far it has held up to a few washes and rain storms.

With experience I've come to have low expectations on these type products actually living up to their marketing. I'm a long time user of various Griot products and generally find them ok to quite good. I used this on a 2006 Dodge Dually and about 3 weeks later, I'm shocked it continues to hold up so well. I used it on the black plastic trim on the top of the front bumper and the mirrors. The bumper piece looks as good as the NEW piece I installed on the rear bumper while the mirrors get beat up more, they look great. Impressive restorer and thankfully, a little goes a long way!

As per the companies web video I washed all the rubber and plastic surfaces with warm water and a little Dawn dish soap. I applied a generous amount ( a little really does go a long ways) and rubbed it in and then wiped it off. It works. There's a noticeable difference from the untreated surfaces. My only disappointment is that it doesn't get the surfaces black like the ads show. If they are at all weathered you'll get a dark gray at best. Still worth the effort.

the best product I ever used love the look and easy to use

Recently drove my Subaru from Denver to Greenville SC 1500 miles and as you know subis have copious amounts of black cladding, this stuff did not disappoint even after heavy rains and sun and heat this product keep things pretty clean even after I washed the car when I got to Greenville I didn’t have to reapply, works great on Subarus StarTex vegan leather interiors

I use quite a few different Griot products and the quality and results are consistently good to great. However, I did not see the type of results. I expected in using this product on the trim on my vehicle compared to other products that I have used that are about half the price. The product smells great when you apply it and leaves nice low sheen finish, just does not provide the dark rich black trim color I was expecting. I will continue to purchase other Griot products, just think this one is not a good price to results product for them.

I really like this product. Tried the cerakote pads but they don't cover much. You can use as much or as little as you need and it works way better. I did my whole ranger with it and it looks new. Highly recommend!
