worst experience
the product had proper packaging but once i sarted using it the battery doesnt hold the charge. it was faulty. im doubtful if its even new or used product packed like new. plus now the warranty claim is a big headache. the brand doesnt even have a proper way to claim warranty. so dont be fooled by. 1 year warranty tag

Product labelled 1 year warranty without any proof
I bought Nov 7, 2023. Now Mar 30, 2024 it looks degrading every day. It labelled 1 year warranty but no document proof or service number. I have doubt on seller how can I inform seller that battery drained out in 6 months.

It's not working and didn't accept my return...
This battery was not working.Then I requested to return they told their return policy is updated so they can't take it back with by their delivery partners send vai post .then Isend the battery in before returning date they mentioned in their policy but they didn't accept the return and its back to meThen I make call to customer care they make another slot for return this time also they repeat same process item is send back ...So dont buy a battery from online ....
