A ball that is just the right size. I purchased this ball for shoulder work by rolling against the wall before pickleball. I inflated it just one time. The inflator is easy to use. Inflates quickly. Most importantly the ball retains the pressure -no leaking no need to reinflate. Price to value is very reasonable. Quality wise this ball is reliable and fills my exercise warm up needs. Trideer Pilates Ball 9 Inch with Pump, Core Ball is exactly what I expected, it gives support to my lower back when exercising and my lower back feels great.
