I bought it because I wanted to give it a try
Some of the screws in it were loose out of the package. But for how it works its a good idea

Best Ratcheting Screwdriver I've Found
Out of all the screwdrivers, ratcheting or fixed, that I've looked at or have (and I've looked at a lot and used a good variety), this ratcheting handle is by FAR my favorite. Where to begin? It is super comfortable ergonomically. The handle is quite wide, but not at all too wide, so you get maximum torque on the screws (basic physics: a wider handle means a longer lever arm and more torque). The rubber grip is the most comfortable one I've ever used, and my hand does not slip on it. It is ratcheting, of course, so that makes it fast to use. The mechanism for switching direction is the easiest I've found: pop out to unscrew, push in to screw in. Most ratcheting screwdrivers have a little toggle, or a rotating switch that may or may not twist in the direction you want to ratchet in, which can be an extra detail to remember. This one: just push or pull on the toggle, even with gloves on. Moving on, it's also my favorite color. Okay, that's subjective, but it does look cool. Finally, the advertised feature: the 6x speed mechanism. Many have complained that it doesn't work well, and binds up. Well, that's because they are using it incorrectly. In basic physics, if you use gears to get a higher speed output than input, you lose torque. So, this mechanism will bind up when the screw is gripping, since you have no mechanical advantage. You WON'T BE ABLE TO USE THE 6X SPEED FEATURE ALL THE TIME. When the screw is biting, just use it like a regular ratchet, no problem. However, sometimes there's a bolt that will need to screw in for a while without much effort, or a screw that loosens up as it is unscrewed. In those cases, it would be tedious to keep turning them as with a normal screwdriver or ratchet. However, with the 6x gear ratio mechanism, this screwdriver will zip right through until the screw starts to bite or comes out. Bonus: it has a storage compartment in the handle. What I don't like about this: The cap to the storage sometimes comes off when I'm turning the handle. It doesn't have an extending drive shaft (I'm not sure if having one is possible with a ratcheting screwdriver, but I think it could be done given a slightly different design for the gears). ...And, that's about all I don't like about it.I tried lubricating the gearing mechanism with white lithium grease, but that was a mistake because it doesn't get down into the crevices well. Next time I'll go with gun oil instead (3in1 oil would work).Buy one now if you use screwdrivers with any frequency, and even if you don't. Just go in with the correct expectations about the 6x speed mechanism, and you'll realize that this does everything better than a normal ratcheting screwdriver.

Awesome
This is the best single tool that I have ever bought. The ratchet works to perfection and is easy enough for my 6 year old to use. The included package of screwdriver tips is great (if it isn't included, you probably don't need it). I was so happy with this screwdriver that I bought 3 more for gifts for family members.

Just too heavy to use as a screwdriver
This tool was just too heavy. The gears required to operate it at 6x speed must be quite heavy. It makes using the tool very awkward.

Great tool
I suggest this for any tool lovers.
