For now it works great!
I have used this computer for about 5 rides now and it works great! The speed, distance and other features are great! I have used it under rain and sun and works perfect so far, I have not charged it yet and it connects to Xoss App just as it should. The only thing I don’t like is that under the sun, the temperature mark is unreal!

Second one with no tracking of distance and time
The device is probably the nicest looking one I've see, but . . .The factory is working with me to hopefully resolve these issues. I use it on my mountain bike outdoors. This is the second one that will not show distance and time traveled. I have not even checked the other features other than speed which seems to be accurate (based on the GPS tracking). If anyone has experienced this same issue please reply. I have programmed the device per the instructions (twice) and wonder if I'm doing anything wrong. Is there a way to get the distance and time to start recording?

A workable bicycling information management device alternative to higher end GPS units
Bought to replace a Wahoo ELEMNT Bolt that broke at its charging port and now longer powers up. At one tenth of the cost of the Wahoo, it's a bargain for sure. I was never happy with the Wahoos mapping functionality (basically you need an App - Strava or Kamoot to load a route to it from a computer or phone) so I rarely pre-planned mapped routes anyway. This ROCKBROS computer gives all the functionality that I relied on the Wahoo for - Speed, distance/duration of ride, Time of day, ambient temperature, connection status, battery life, lap counter, altitude, grade, total miles ridden Odometer, cadence (if you have added +ant sensor). Another positive, the battery life of the unit is MUCH better than with the Wahoo. Wahoo would have to charge after each ride day. This ROCKBRO unit lasts weeks at a time of daily riding! The included mounting system, lock ring mount with heavy duty rubber bands holds well and can be affixed in customizable ways (I put it over the top of the Wahoo mount. Also the computer unit comes in a rubberized protective sleeve that fits around the outside edges of the unit. Two negatives: 1) I believe it is run off of the BeiDou (Chinese) satellite constellation and coverage seems spotty at times. It will occasionally not pick up signal from the sky and show erroneous or no speed data. 2) The size and position of the text readouts is fixed and not adjustable. With my tired old eyes on a moving bike, I cant read certain fields. Pretty pleased with it though, overall.

Does it all
What I like the most is the light. Living in Vegas if you don't get up at 03 or 04 you will become a heat injury and the light is great prior to sunrise.I found it easy to set up and very accurate in its speed, distance and elevation calculations/readout.Great battery life and a nice big screen to boot! The out front mount is very durable and I purchased the heart rate monitor as well and it makes me feel like Iron Man a little bit (though my speed does not reflect that feeling sadly).Overall much more data than my previous computer and everything I wanted.Cadence and wattage is available as well, but I'm no pro so I don't need that data as far as I know.A "Hit" in my book and well worth the price!

Ignore the negative reviews from people that don't know how to use it
If you don't calibrate your sensors then no device is going to work. This unit tracks heart rate (with a sensor you have to buy), Cadence (another sensor), Speed (another sensor), and power output (yet another sensor). Basically this is a computer that gathers data from (mostly) external sensors and puts it together. I love that the distance is slightly more accurate than my phone GPS or Strava since it counts the revolutions of my tire. It also gathers (without the need of external sensors) GPS map tracking data (but there is no display map). You can take that data and sync it to your phone for awesome video timeline playback of your rides. It gathers outside temp, though it seems a little high on average and it gather your current altitude. The battery life is excellent, it runs all day on a charge (I did a 170 mi sunrise to sunset ride and it wasn't close to dead). The only thing bad is lack of features. There's no on-screen GPS or route planning, for the price I don't think that it should include those though. This is a really great device to just track your rides and see your speed. Just make sure you look up the instructions listed in this store description. It can help you calibrate the device for your bicycle.
