Not a good replacement for an Aprilaire humidifier. After replacing my existing filter which never leaked on the floor this new one ran water onto the basement floor. I don't recommend this product.

These seem just as good as OEM, and it's just ribbons of metal that'll eventually be done for, so no need to pay full price. I was at work when I saw these, and wasn't totally sure of my unit. For my Aprilaire humidifier, these ended up being the correct width and depth, but mine is taller in height, a rectangle, and these are square. I made it fit by cutting a slice off the old filter to prop it up, which isn't ideal, but yeah, it works. Not much to it, after all, just has to spread out the water and allow airflow.I'd recommend.

Fit perfectly, and appear to be identical (at least VERY similar) to original Aprilaire water panels. They fit perfectly and work just as well. As far as "valaue for the money", they are the same price as the Aprilaire panels so I don't see a real reason for not purchasing the original Aprilaire panels.
