Mugs are top quality. Superb.Arrived on time. One mug was chipped on the rim. The was no loose chip in the box so it had to have happened before it was packaged.I contacted the seller, requesting to return the mugs and get a replacement set. They replied the next day (it was a weekend as well!) and said there was no need to do that and sent out a replacement mug within a week. Superb communications throughout this process. Very happy. Thoroughly recommend this seller.
