The double-sided sticky fly tapes are an excellent addition. I wasn't even aware of the fungus gnats in my plant, but caught one along with a fruit fly on the first day.I like that Kate's Garden Plant Spray for Insects contains essential oils as the active ingredient with only water and soap for the inert ingredients. The scent is pleasing. For me, the strongest sent notes of the mint and lemony citronella.I am using this on a cloth to wipe individual leaves on a very infected plant. I was hoping the sprayer would do a better job of misting, but it puts out a heavy spray on the 'spray' setting. This might be ok for outdoor uses, but it is a bit heavier than I prefer indoors. I may attempt to find a container that puts out a finer mist.The label states pet safe when used as directed, but those with cats should make sure to wipe up any spills and be sure to put the bottle away because of cats' sensitivity to essential oils.

This is the perfect combination. I sprayed it and the ones left were caught with the sticky product. This is is the best product combo I have ever purchased. Thank you for making this combination available.

Do the gnats dislike it? Yes, and they will leave...for a day or so. The real problem is that the label says "kills gnats and insects" -- well, it doesn't. I absolutely drenched the soil of one pot with the stuff, and within a day there were dozens of gnats coming out of the soil and stuck on fresh sticky traps. This even after multiple bottles. Instead of buying this, just use the money for fresh soil and re-pot your plant.
