Actual installation took me less than a half hour. I spent another half hour cleaning the blower wheel of 24 years of soot.No more whacking the old motor with a mallet to get it started.!Product was received three days BEFORE Amazon's estimated. I was happy about that!

Perfect fit! It took all of 10-15 mins to get our furnace back in working condition. So glad we purchased this. We got tired like other reviewers said of kicking back on the furnace because starter was going bad inside motor. Its smaller made than old models but it fits perfect and hot water is always on now when we need it.

I replaced the OEM but realized the motor was not the issue. I kept it installed anyway. Works great.

I would have given 5 Stars but after installing it in February 2017 along with new Beckett blower wheel, Becket Primary Control nozzle and electrode set. Upgraded My System 2000 components that's been operating almost flawlessly for the last 10 yrs. Unit does draw combustion air directly from the outside as most boilers. I live near the ocean and the salt air from running that time frame without any real servicing one could see the oxidation of the aluminum blower. The motor was 14 years old so I replaced it but I kept it for emergency use if need be.This new Beckett motor is almost 8 months old and you can hear the bearings clicking away while spinning now, the sound of semi Dry Bearings soon be locking up bearing failure later on down the road, but before that happens the friction caused by this Slows the motor down and your efficiency of your system is drastically reduced. Beckett products are "Top Notch" but this motor will not last as long as the old. Beckett motor at all. Oh one note if you do have oil burning boiler or water heater one should upgrade the oil filter suction line & install a "Tigerloop"UPDATE 12/19/17 Contacted Beckett again Jay in Tech dept. Says that I have to return motor back to where I bought it from for warranty. I bought it from Amazon-And Amazon says return window has passed. Be careful everyone. Just Sad that R.W. Beckett won't stand behind their product and replace this defective motor.And it's sad that Amazon won't take it back and replace it. They sell it for Beckett therefore Amazon should stand behind it's warranty as well....?

That the motor is a O.E.M. and not some cheap aftermarket. I was impressed with how quickly I received it and was amazed at how well the seller packaged the product for shipping!
