The best out there by far!!
These are the best vitamins for the price and I have done a lot of research. I used to take Alive! for Women but they would always make me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach. These I take every morning with no stomach issues at all. Compared to other whole food based vitamins are very affective and very affordable vs. New Chapter which I have also taken. Just try them! Im a repeat customer and will continue to be.

I really like these vitamins; no nausea as I take them on an empty stomach and it seems like my nails have become harder and grow quicker. It's been 4 months of taking them and Ive had a good experience so far. No side effects.
