You have the option of using either side that makes you more comfortable. Stays nice and cold for a couple minutes but that’s good enough for me, I like the fact I can walk around and do chores while taking care of my skin. Also perfect mask to scare you pets 😂

Perfect for people who get frequent headaches

Product is great for hot flashes and lupus flare ups. Very easy to use and comfort is nice on the face.

If this were larger I would give it 5 stars. I have a normal size adult face and for it to cover my face I would need another inch all the way around. It does work well in the freezer but the cloth side warms up pretty fast so I flipped it over and used the other side to putting a handkerchief over my face first. I wish it did have more gel in it especially for around the eyes.

Have puffy face in the morning? This mask will become your bff. The mask is great quality and bends to conform to your face. My favorite part is that one side of the mask has soft microfiber material and the other side is plastic for more intense cooling effect.

I bought these gel face packs to keep in the freezer. Absolutely love them during the summer and for cooking relief from sun burns. One side is terry cloth and the other side is plastic and you can wear it either way - the plastic side is much colder on the skin.It does what I expected it to do and the strap is adjustable via a Velcro piece that is quite long. It has a good fit on both male and female faces.
