Accessories not included
Buyer beware- we purchased this and only the bag arrived. There was no lock, usb cord or pencil case included. The description does not match what you get. We contacted amazon support and were told to return it for refund. We were told that was all they could do. The bag seems fine and sturdily constructed. My son likes it but was disappointed the other accessories were not included as advertised. They should update the product listing.

Not what is says, very disappointing 😱
Backpack is nice. But false advertising as theres no usb port and no lock, it says they are included but not at all.
