Great for preventing leg soreness and easing pressure on veins.
I have begun to have problems with spider veins on my legs. After trying different supplements and getting no results I decided to go the compression sock route, in an attempt to at least keep things from getting worse. I got these specifically because they go past the knee where the veins seem to be forming. I've worn these about a year now, and they do seem to be stopping new veins from growing, or at least have greatly slowed their progression. At this point I guess I'll just take what I can get. The socks are easy to pull on and off, and they have been durable and wash well. I don't hand wash them because I'm lazy, just toss them in the regular wash and then let them air dry. I just wear these for my work shifts, and they make all the difference in my legs not feeling tired! If I wear these my legs feel fine and I can easily go for a jog after work with out discomfort. On the rare day I forget to put them on, I'm dying by the end of my shift and have to go home and elevate my legs. I never would have thought a tight sock could really make that much of a difference but they do. Highly recommend for anyone looking to prevent further leg veins and stop leg aches. The only downside is they do bunch a little at the back of the knee, causing some irritation. Because they are tight, there is also a noticeable "bulge" on the thigh where they stop. I wear loose scrubs for my job so its not as noticeable, but if you are wearing tighter pants it will definitely be noticeable.

Accurate size chart
After thorough searching and even returns -- due entirely to other sellers' size chart inaccuracy -- I'm very happy to have found stockings that fit according to chart measurements. These are needed for after a vein procedure, so fit is very important. I'm 5'3" and 145-150lb and ordered the medium. I wish they had a little more compression at my ankles, but if they did, I'd likely have to use some kind of contraption to get them on as my hands are not strong. I don't call them "sheer" -- they're NOT pantyhose after all -- but the color (beige) is fine. These are well-constructed and I expect them to last a while. After a test fit, I washed and air dried before the first wear. They were so comfortable that I wore them 14 hours without any problem. Of course the silicone "grips" at the thigh left impressions, which I expected, but I experienced no irritation and they stayed smoothly in place. The price is reasonable.

Fits
I liked the quality of compression and the color, but the length was too long for small size.I whish they have a petite size.

Comfortable
Very nice tights, comfortable and stretchy. Got these for my mom as she just had leg surgery. She loves them and ordering more. True to size too!

Fit tightly & stay up
These have been comfortable (within reaons, they are compression socks after all). They seem durable (been using for a few months on daily basis). They stay up via the little rubber dots on the top seam. Good product, would recommend to anyone needing compression socks.

Nicely Made compression hose
Very nice except around the top of thigh. The size was not good around the top of my thigh and I had surgery. I had to cut the top band and use glue. They pinced off circulation. It was painfull. Once I cut the top band it was much better.

Work for me
Was uncertain about the size, but decided to go with a large based on reviews and not being able to return. I’m 5’6’’ and 167 lbs and usually wear a medium, but the large works well. They look nice, are comfortable, and make my legs feel nice. My doctor said I need these for travel over 2 hrs. So hoping they remain comfortable on the plane.

Work with sandals and flip flops!
Compression socks with the toes built in are too hot in the summer, but these open-toed thigh-highs work great with flip-flops and sandals. I can wear these socks and still see my pedicured nails. They are slightly easier to put on than the closed-toe compression socks. I haven’t had any problems with discomfort in my foot or toes (my problem is a swollen knee and ankle). These are really durable—no runs! They are not sheer, which can be a good thing for hiding veins or razor stubble. They do leave an imprint around my thigh where the elastic band at the top rests on my skin, but there is no slipping down! The silicone in the elastic band at the top keeps the stocking in place all day. To put these on may require assistance if one cannot bend the knee. There are some great online videos showing how to put them on more easily by turning them inside out while holding onto the heel before sliding them over the foot. They hold up after lots of turns in the washing machine and line dry fairly quickly.

Very good quality
I checked out the medical supply store first. The stockings were extremely expensive there. These are very affordable and the quality is very good. The doctor wanted me to get the 20/30mm. The colour is very nice on my skin. The wide band at the top should prevent them from rolling down. I am very pleased with my purchase.
