I have a bad back and lots of pain when I exercise so I wanted to try a foam roller. This one is a little smaller than what I imagined but that’s my fault for not measuring. It’s very sturdy and well constructed. I’ve used it a couple times and it definitely works as intended.

It helps relieve the back pain and help you stand straight. The product is super light and very useful, even you can carry it with you anywhere. There are some techniques to use, shows on the user manual it is very simple. I think everyone can use it even if you don't have pain.

This us exactly I needed since I was injured my lower back and hip. Only my complaining is that it came with dent on the edge. It didn’t effect any if use, but still I was sad.

Size is great but the material is super hard and uncomfortable
