I've been using this headset for work and it's been great. It's very lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for extended periods without causing any discomfort. The battery life is impressive and easily lasts through the workday. Sound quality is clear on both ends of calls, and people have had no trouble hearing me thanks to the microphone performance and noise canceling. Setup was quick and straightforward, pairing easily with my devices right out of the box. The charging case is a nice bonus and helps keep the headset ready to go. The headset can also charge on its own which is convenient. The footprint of the charging case on my desk is minimal so I like the "stand" feature. It's a reliable headset that offers excellent value for the price.

I bought a set for my husband and I to be able to communicate while riding our bikes. It just doesn't work when trying to yell to each other.The sound quality is very good. Make sure you change the rubber earpiece to fit in your ear better. That made a huge difference. Set up was easy, it connected without problem. We ride close to each other so we have never checked the distance that it will stay connected.. We call each other before our ride and it works well. There is still an issue of wind. We spend time at the ocean so riding bikes on a windy day will create kind of an annoying wind noise. I even bought foam mic covers which did nothing. So now we just put up with the wind noise to be able to communicate. When riding our bikes in our neighborhood at home, there is no issue. Only in a strong wind is there noise. So far the battery life has been no issue, but we have not used them more than about 2 hours at a time. All in all, we are very happy with this purchase. I would have given them 5 stars if they were able to block out the noise of the wind at the oceanside.

I am actually very impressed by how this headset performs, seeing as it is a no-name brand Chinese Amazon headset. I came into the experience with very low expectations, and I have been thoroughly impressed. The headset powers on very quickly. The battery lasts a really long time. I've gone multiple days without charging it, talking for at least two to three hours a day before I felt like I really needed to charge it or it gave me a low battery warning.The range of the Bluetooth headset is good. Charging via USB-C charges very quickly. I like the USB-C port. It's also pretty durable. I've dropped it multiple times, and I don't see any damage on it. It still fires up and talks without any issue. The earpiece fits in my ear very snugly and comfortably. I don't have any issues with comfort at all. This earpiece actually performs better than a name-brand earpiece that I paid over $100 for, so I would say I've definitely got my money's worth out of it multiple times over.

I've tried several different brands of Bluetooth "behind-the-ear" headsets. None of them held up particularly well. I decided that rather than spending a lot for expensive headsets that fell apart, I would just buy a less expensive one and not worry if it didn't last. This one has, and I really like it. It's easy to use, sounds fine, is comfortable, holds a charge, has good connection range, and is in much better shape than other were at this point. I don't even bother with the charging case - I just charge the headset directly. But I don't use the headset enough to need an extra charge during the day.

I am willing to invest up to $200 for the best headset. I don’t wfh wearing a headset 40-60 hours a week. I haven’t found a better headset. Better battery life? Better overall experience? I have found better noise cancellation and slightly better call quality. But, it has excellent inbound audio, it’s twice as loud as my plug in headset. It has great outbound call quality. It’s a bit deeper, so you can tell I’m on a headset, but clarity and LOUDNESS for the person on the other side of the call is exceptional. I can switch from ear to ear, I can spend two 8-12 hours shifts on call without worrying about charging. I don’t know what could be better? I would love the ability to mute prior to starting a call/on stand by to avoid any mistakes. But, I haven’t found that as a feature on any headset. Value is unmatched. Functionality unbeaten. BUY IT.First week- it’s very light and comfortable. Comes with three different sizes. Each size in two different shapes! I typically wear a M size but the snug fit started to bother me with how long I wear them in a day. Small has worked best and I still hear the callers much louder than I did with my wired headset! I charge every two days. Speak on it maybe six hours a day. Stand by for 8-10 a day. I don’t have any pinch points, tenderness, irritation, ZERO discomfort at the end of the day. Of course you can also switch ears just to get ahead of any fatigue issues with the ear! I can’t write anymore good things? Again, I’m willing to pay a lot more. The price is just the icing on top.30 day update- range is incredible. Connecting is so fast it’s not even a seconds time between “power on” and “connected” being spoken into your ear by the earpiece. Battery is spectacular. I charge it every two days as I don’t know how much battery is left otherwise. That is 16 hours of talk&standby between charges for me. No pressure points or discomfort either throughout my shift or after. Comfort is spectacular. I’m willing to spend hundreds. But, I have yet to find a comparable product. Plantronics battery goes for a couple hours at best. Not to mention you can easily flip this headset from ear to ear. Another review mentioned if you go to hang up a call you will end up powering down if the call was already ended by the other party. This doesn’t seem possible? You have to hold down the button to power it down.
