HappyHapi 6 Pair Acrylic Book Ends, Clear Bookends for Shelves

The bookends come coated in a frosted protective film to prevent them from getting scratched, which includes a tab for "easy" removal. Unfortunately, only 1 of the 24 tabs actually assisted in peeling off the film. However, I used a pocket knife (any skinny sharp blade should work) and very gently scraped the corners to get it started and then was able to peel right off. Took about 15 minutes to remove all. Once that was done, quality was great!

Works as described. Each side of the acrylic has a tab to help you peel off the plastic. I found I had to scratch the tab onto the plastic so it can actually help pull it off. Otherwise you need a knife to peel a corner. Then you add the rubber bottoms to them. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. None arrived damaged.

These acrylic bookends are perfect for the reader in your house/school/library. They are clear so you can see every book that’s pressed against them. So far, I’ve purchased them twice for our little book nook and since the first time they’ve made taking off the film so much easier (it’s there so they don’t end up scratched or damaged in transit). The weight of the books holds them upright, so they are stable and won’t let your books slide. 10/10 recommend for any household!!

These worked perfectly for holding my books onto my bookshelf that has open ends. I do wish that the gripper stickers stayed on better, but that has nothing to do with the bookends themselves. I love that they’re clear so the look of the shelf isn’t ruined! And they are nice and sturdy. I bought several sets!!

Don’t buy these unless you want FROSTED book ends .. these all come with 2 sided lining/peel and a teeny tiny tab to try to pull off that doesn’t work on any of the 24 sides. Broke 2 nails getting this peel off of both sides and it took near 45 minutes. The stoppers on the bottom the plastic dots? They don’t come attached you attach yourselves. I wound up scratching 3 of my bookends peeling off this peel/film. Horrible. This seller shouldn’t send these covered in this film to peel on these that we cannot get off. Stuck like glue and makes the whole purchase junk from the scratches of peeling it all off. It’s ridiculous! Find another seller in here— there are plenty !!

They work great but the rubber feet come off eventually and stick to your books, to the shelf, and leave sticky residue that I haven't been able to wipe off my white shelves. I no longer stick on the rubber feet and it works way better.

I mostly love these. Affordable, unobtrusive, just what I wanted. The one problem is they’re not particularly strong. I had one snap because too many large heavy books were leaning against it—which I did not do on purpose, I guess they shifted. Loud frightening CRACK and I thought I had a poltergeist. Creepy. But other than that I do love them and just ordered some more.

I like that it's transparent. It literally is strong enough to hold books. An aesthetically, it doesn't ruin the bookshelf, will be buying more
